We provide our customers with the opportunity to be refunded and to return a product that is not to their liking by notifying us within 14 working days of receiving it and sending it back within 30 days of receiving the product.
If necessary, please contact customer service before this date at sales@muchidecor.com specifying the order in question and the items you wish to return.
We will support you step by step through the returns procedure, and we will issue a refund as soon as we have received and checked that the goods meet the necessary requirements.
The return shipment is at the customer’s expense.
The goods can be sent via the customer’s trusted courier, or we can organise shipment via our own courier and charge the customer for the relevant costs.
The return shipment is free of charge in Italy, for shipments from the EU € 50.00 will be charged for shipping costs, while for shipments from the rest of the world € 190.00 will be charged, in both cases deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If the customer chooses to deliver the returned goods via their own courier, we recommend that the goods are insured because any damage or loss by the courier is the customer’s liability during the return transport.
Please note that it is not possible to return customised or made-to-measure products according to special requests made by the customer. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will try to help you as best we can.
All original packaging and labels must be returned as delivered undamaged and in the original MUCHI packaging, protected by a well-sealed outer box.
