Prices are DDP for EU and UK shipments, including shipping costs, duties and tax, so you will not have any additional cost to receive the shipment at home. While in the rest of the world prices are DAP, including shipping, but not including any duties or taxes required in the country of destination of the items.
Depending on the country where the product is required and on the speed of customs operations (where present) necessary for import clearance, your order will generally take between 3 and 7 days to be delivered. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays due to external factors (e.g. COVID-19):
For customised or made-to-measure items, it may take longer to prepare your order depending on the customisation required. We will notify you as soon as the shipment has been dispatched.
We provide our customers with the opportunity to exchange and return products that are not to their liking within 14 working days of receipt. We will support you step by step through the returns procedure and will issue a refund as soon as we have received and checked the goods.
