Delivery time: 4–5 business days
Cost: Free shipping
Tracking: Sent via email once the order has been shipped

3. Worldwide (Non-EU Countries)

Couriers: DHL / FedEx / UPS
Delivery time: Usually 5–7 business days depending on the destination
Cost: Free shipping
Incoterm: DAP (Delivered At Place) — any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the customer’s responsibility
Tracking: Sent via email once the shipment has been dispatched

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom made product needs 5-7 business days to be fulfilled
